Faith Community Child Development Center is a Nationally Accredited Center through the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). This prestigious accreditation is only awarded to quality Child Care Programs which have undergone a rigorous evaluation by NAEYC and met or exceeded 10 early childhood education standards and more than 450 related criteria. To earn the NAEYC accreditation, programs must meet all 10 standards by successfully performing at least 80% of the criteria related to the standard.
Faith Community Child Development Center is proud to have exceeded each of the 10 standards receiving an average score of 91% for each classroom and the program office combined.
Our program is licensed by the Colorado State Department of Social Services. We are bound by its rules and regulations. We are also inspected by the Jefferson County Department of Health and the local fire departments. All staff personnel are required to be cleared by the Colorado Central Registry. Each staff person is also fingerprinted and cleared through the Colorado Bureau of Investigation. Staff members are trained and practice emergency response procedures monthly.
